Rack of Lamb One of our most popular cuts, this perfectly trimmed and French cut. This entree will be loved by your entire family. This has an exceptional flavor and is beautiful to serve.
6 - 1 lb. to 1 ½ lb. individually wrapped racks per box

Lamb Chops Our corn feed center cut lamb chops. 1 1/4" thick cuts are extra lean and expertly trimmed and full of rich flavor.
16 to 20 - 4 oz. to 4 ½ oz. individually wrapped center cuts per box

Leg of Lamb Bone In Our bone in leg of lamb roast is perfect for any holidays or just making a simple meal feel special; our hand-trimmed leg of lamb is perfect. Serves 6-8.
2 to 3 - 2½ lb. to 4 lb. individually wrapped roasts

Lamb Rib Chops Frenched Lamb rack with chine and feathered bones removed. Chop has 4" bone, 3" French and 1" lip. Available in 2, 3 or 4 oz. portions.
Vacuum sealed in 1 lb. packs, 10 packs per case. 10 lb. average case.

Boneless Lamb Roast Our beautiful roast are tied and trimmed of all bones and ready for you next party. Roast in the oven with lemon and parsley or garlic and pepper or try your own receipt.
