Chilean Sea Bass This fish is one that is serve at all top restaurant, once people try it they want it. We have the best Chilean sea bass from the deep, cold waters of the coast of Chile in South America. We use only thick-cut, skinless, center cuts. Sea bass has a great rich flavor, My sea bass is filleted & de-boned, then flash frozen at sea less than 3 hours from catch to ensure a highest grade of quality and freshness. Then vacuum-sealed for long freezer life and to preserve freshness.
