Only USDA Steaks are use by High Mountain Foods. Each cut must pass a series of rigid quality tests. This is to insure that your family and mine are eating the best and safest beef in the world. This is why we  use the term  Unconditionally Guaranteed ,   which means we will either exchange or give back your money on any item that you are not 100% happy with.

Utilizing premium beef from the mid west where there is an abundance of corn and clear running streams. And the all-natural, mid western cattle are grain fed which provides us with the most tender, well marble, juiciest and tasty beef available.

Next all of High Mountain Foods steaks are naturally aged to peak tenderness. All meats have enzymes which are allowed to break down naturally.  We also sell steaks that are Dry Aged.

Then all steaks are  hand cut and trimmed ,which is the reason why all our steak  are left with just enough natural marbling to give you the most tender and flavorful steak you ever had.

Right about know High Mountain Food steak are instantly flash frozen to lock in freshness and flavor, so you can enjoy the steaks natural flavor and tenderness.

High Mountain Food calls it Vacuum-Wrapped For Freshness which means that our products are vacuum sealed in an airtight pack. Airtight vacuum sealed bags will allow you to keep your products frozen for a long time with out losing flavor or tenderness.
